Home Ownership Option Agreement
(offered only after 6 months of perfect rental record)
This option contract between Seller/Optionor _______________________ and Buyer/Optionee _______________________________ entitles buyer to receive a credit of $2,400.00 per year to be subtracted from the purchase price of _______________ for (property description) ________________________________________________________________________________________________________.
This credit will only be made on the condition that lease agreement has been perfectly conformed to.
ALL LEASE PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE DATE DUE. NO EXCEPTIONS
Any late payments or other violations of lease agreement shall cancel this option and all credits will be retained by seller.
This option shall expire 5 years from today's date ________________________________
